How long will it take for me to receive my gallery?
It depends on the type and length of your shoot. Shorter shoots (30 minutes to an hour) typically take 1-2 weeks. Longer shoots (1.5 to 3 hours) can take 2-3 weeks. Performances, weddings, and events may take up to 4-6 weeks.
If you are having a performance shot and are need in promotional material, I can send you a small "sneak peek" gallery within 2 days.
How many outfits can I wear in my photos?
You only get 1 outfit for a 30 minute shoot. Anything an hour or more may have 2 outfits and anything longer than an hour may have up to 3 outfits.
Do you give out RAW images?
No, I never give clients RAW images.
What is your refund policy?
I will only give full refunds in the case that there is a technological malfunction causing all images to be lost or damaged, resulting me being unable to provide you with ANY quality photos at all.
I only give partial refunds if you are displeased with the photos. Regardless of if you are happy with the finished product or not, it still cost me time to shoot and edit these photos. During portrait sessions, I even show clients the images on my camera throughout the shoot to provide them with the opportunity to communicate anything that they are dissatisfied with. You will not receive a full refund in any scenario where you have received a full, high quality gallery.

Do you do retouching?
I do light retouching such as removing lipstick and stains from teeth, removing red eye, removing blemishes and scars, and correcting any wardrobe mishaps to the extent of my abilities.
I do NOT offer airbrushing of any kind or make major alterations to the client's appearance.
